Shannon Cox is responsible for maintaining existing relationships with the MGT Performance client base. Due to Shannon’s “bubbly” personality, you’ll feel right at home when interacting with her. Shannon’s attention to detail and organizational skills guarantees peace of mind when working with MGT Performance.

Shannon views each client as a partner. It’s as simple as that! She will do what it takes to help you achieve your goals. Shannon is good at listening to the needs of her clients and working with each of them to find the best-fitting solution.

Shannon has a great deal of experience in the training and development industry. She has managed and worked with clients such as Anthem, Wellpoint, Washington Mutual, Warner Bros, SONY Entertainment, PacifiCare, Bayer, Baush & Lomb and many others. Shannon has focused on training and development across many different industries and understands that the needs within each industry are unique and important.

"Shan" graduated with a degree in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, in 1998. Before starting her career, she traveled throughout Australia and New Zealand for a year. Shannon now lives in Parker, Colorado (a suburb of Denver) with her husband, Alan and their two children, Caitlyn and Tyler. Shannon and her family love spending time with Hendrix, their yellow lab.
